Terms and Conditions for Maxpro Asia – MCX Commodity Trading Platform (Website & Mobile App)

By accessing or using Maxpro Asia‘s MCX Commodity Trading Platform (“Platform”), including the website and mobile application, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility You must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to trade commodities as per applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account and KYC You agree to provide accurate and complete information for account creation and KYC verification. Falsified or misleading information may lead to suspension or termination of access.

3. Trading All trades are executed through MCX. We do not guarantee returns or profits. Trading involves market risks, and you are solely responsible for your decisions and financial outcomes.

4. Fees All applicable charges, taxes, and brokerage are as per MCX and regulatory norms and will be disclosed prior to trade execution.

5. Intellectual Property All content, features, and software are the property of Maxpro Asia or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute without written consent.

6. Prohibited Activities You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities
  • Attempt to breach system security or access restricted areas
  • Interfere with the platform’s performance or data

7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for losses due to trading activity, service downtime, or unauthorized account access. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance concerns.

9. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai
